1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

🚀Express Delivery: Available on select products at an additional cost.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping: Free for all orders across website.
  • Express shipping: â‚ą80 extra for faster delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If your order is not received within 10 days, contact us at info@gamevana.in
  • If the package is lost, we offer a replacement or refund (case-by-case basis).

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available for select pin codes.
  • If a COD order is refused, future COD orders may be restricted.

7. Damaged Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 48 hours with photos.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.
