1. Return Eligibility
You can return a product if:
✅ It is defective or damaged upon arrival.
✅ You received the wrong item.
✅ It is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
⛔Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or damaged products due to customer mishandling.
- Digital products or software codes.
- Products without original packaging.
2. Return Process
1️.Initiate a Request: Email info@gamevana.in within 7 days of delivery.
2️. Provide Proof: Share clear photos/videos of the defect or wrong item.
3️.Return Approval: If eligible, we will share return shipping details.
4️.Send the Product Back: Pack securely and return via a trusted courier.
5️.Inspection & Processing: Once received, we will process a replacement or refund within 7-10 business days.
3. Refund Policy
💰Refund Method: Refunds are processed to your original payment method or as store credit.
⌛Processing Time: 7-10 business days after return approval.
- The exchange request can only be made within 7 days of order delivery.
- The replacement item, if available will be delivered within 7-10 days of the exchange request.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only available for defective/damaged products.
- If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
5. Order Cancellations
🚫Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
🚚After Shipping: Once shipped, the return process must be followed.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank first.
